DataKomm constantly work on having the best professionals for the customer projects. This means that we are very particular with people we hire.

Both parties must say yes several times before an engagement becomes a reality. Because we must share a set of values and attitudes towards how work is done. Our jobs are independent, characterized by professionalisme and efficiency.

Our employees have an average work experience of between 5 and 10 år. Our core technological areas are : NET, Java, Delphi, C & C++.

Besides the specialized knowledge we also expect a solid basis knowledge. We have great expectations because together we wish to gain results.

We are known to add competence, and that is a thing we highly protect. Some of our employees work long-time based on our customers projects. This can mean for periods up to years. Yet here we regularly have different arrangements in order for everyone to also internally feel like a team.

We have the attitude that our employees must have a solid base even though they spent so much time with our customers. That is why we actively work on strenghtening their attachment with DataKomm.
